"Bhairav Kunda " (a sanskrit phrase meaning holy lake), was named after a destructive aspect of Lord Shiva. The place "Bhairav Kunda" is located to the northeast of Kathmandu and right nex to Panch Pokhari but closer to the Nepal-Tibetan border. After 5 hours drive we arrive at the trek starting point called Jalbire. Jalbire is a traditional small town full of "Newari" culture. We are going to spend the first night of our outdoor adventure right nearby the small "newari" town of Jalbire. Bhairav Kunda trekking group has to be self-contained, as there are no lodges/tea houses. Due to this incredible latitudinal range and an unusual geographical and climatic mix, walking this area is a naturalist's dream.The last day we enjoy a scenic drive back to Kathmandu.

Starting from: Balephi on the Arniko Highway.
Ending at: Larcha by the Arniko Highway.

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu 1350m, Eco Trip Nepal representative will transfer to hotel, Bhairav Kunda Trekking briefing with officially arrangements. Overnight at Kathmandu hotel.
Day 02: Kathmandu drive to Jalbire (1000m) about 4-5 hours drive. Overnight at tented camp.
Day 03: Jalbire trek to Chanaute (1350m) 4hours walk. Overnight at tented camp.
Day 04: Chanaute trek to Khani Gaon (2000m) 6 hours walk. Overnight at tented camp.
Day 05: Rest day with Local Village sightseeing. Overnight at tented camp.
Day 06: Khanigaon trek to Forest Camp (3150m) 6-7 hours walk. Overnight at tented camp.
Day 07: Forest Camp trek to Pati (3765m) 5 hours walk. Overnight at tented camp.
Day 08: Pati trek to Bhairav Kunda (4250m) 3 hours walk. Overnight at tented camp.
Day 09: Bhairav Kunda trek to Sherpa gaoun (2500m) After Sunrise view 6-7 hours walk. Overnight at tented camp.
Day 10: Sherpa gaoun trek to Larcha (1500m) and visit Hot spring (Kodari highway). Overnight at tented camp.
Day 11: Larcha to Kathmandu by drive about 5-6 hours. Overnight at Kathmandu hotel.
Day 12: After breakfast, our tour guide will take to for historical monuments sightseeing in Kathmandu valley such as Bhaktapur, Pashupatinath, Boudhhanath, Kathmandu Durbar square and Monkey temple (swyambhunath) and in the evening farewell dinner in Restaurant, overnight at Kathmandu hotel.
Day 13: After breakfast, Relaxing/Shopping with own activities. Eco Trip Nepal representative will drop to Kathmandu international airport for onward destination.
